Project Management and Execution

We carry out the management and execution of significant projects of the ALUAR-FATE Group. We comprehensively manage the project execution plan: engineering, purchasing and contracting, planning, risk analysis, budgeting, authorizations and permits, administration of work facilities, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and completion.

CAPEX development

Execution of the different phases of maturation of the investment portfolio projects of ALUAR Primary Aluminum: Technical-economic feasibility studies, conceptual engineering, analysis of alternatives, cost studies, risk analysis, among other deliverables for project authorization. Development of basic and detailed engineering, purchasing and contracting, execution of manufacturing and works for approved projects.
