Workshop
Our workshops have 7 production buildings of 12,500 covered m2 equipped with bridge cranes with a capacity of up to 80 tons and high-tech equipment. We provide comprehensive solutions for projects with different manufacturing processes:
Cutting and shaping
We have CNC pantographs, guillotines, hydraulic and mechanical actuated bending machines, hydraulic presses, bending machines, automatic profile cutting and drilling, three and four roller bending machines with the capacity to roll steel plates up to a maximum thickness of 4,75 mm and width of 3000 mm.
Machining
CNC machining centers, CNC milling machines, multiple milling machines, radial drilling machines, boring machines, foot drilling machines and parallel lathes.
Boilermaking and welding
Automatic welding equipment, submerged arc column, orbitals and robots. Processes: GMAW, SAW, SMAW, GTAW, FCAW.
Finishing processes
We have shot blasting equipment in the cabin and painting room with controlled atmospheres and temperatures.
