Beginning of the assembly of the wind turbines of Stage IV
The assembly of the wind turbines of stage IV of the Aluar Wind Farm began.
There are 18 sets of 130 m. height towers, 150 m. diameter three-blade rotors, and 4.5 MW power generator turbines.
These new wind turbines will add 81 MW more power to the 165 MW of Stages I, II and III that are currently in operation.
The construction project is being managed by Infa S.A. and it is located on area of 10000 hectares in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of RN 3 and RP 4, about 20 km from the city of Puerto Madryn (Chubut Province), on the property of the Estancia "El Llano".
